ISU Cauayan and LGU Cauayan City inked MOU for SPARTA
Isabela State University Cauayan Campus and Local Goverment Unit of Cauayan City inked a joint Memorandum of Understanding with Department of Science andTechnology, Development Academy of the Philippines Analytics Association of the Philippines and Coursebank@the Green Sun Hotel in Makati on February 24,2020. Present during the MOU signing were DOST Secretary Fortunato T. Dela Peña, VPRDET Dr.Orlando Balderama represented the President Dr. Ricmar Aquino, Vice Mayor Bong Dalin represented Mayor Bernard F. Dy, Executive Director Enrico Paringit of DOST PCIEERD, DAP Pres. Atty. Engelbert Caronan Jr. and Cluster Executive Officer of Cauayan Campus Dr. Precila Delima. ISU Cauayan is part of the project by virtue of Cauayan City as a Smarter City .SPARTA aims to train 30,000 data scientists nationwide.
