Cauayan City, Isabela — As part of Project EMERGE, a highly successful training event titled “Empowering Operations: Enhancing Workforce Management, Ethics, and Financial Acumen” was conducted on January 31, 2025, in collaboration with JBROS Sewing Service. The initiative was spearheaded by Dr. Regine Manzanillo, Project Leader from Isabela State University Cauayan Campus, aiming to strengthen workforce capabilities through comprehensive training on management, ethics, and financial literacy.
Esteemed resource speakers Dr. Christine Holly Jane Bartolome, Sir John Vincent Jagolino, Dr. Sheryl Tomas, and Dr. Princess Joy Rodessa Palattao from the College of Business and Management shared invaluable insights, equipping participants with essential knowledge in operational efficiency, ethical business practices, and effective financial management strategies.
