Isabela State University-Cauayan Campus commended four outgoing city officials, namely City Councilors Hon. Edgardo A. Atienza, Jr., Hon. Edwin M. De Luna, Hon. Garry G. Galutera, and City Vice Mayor Hon. Leoncio A. Dalin, Jr., as they completed their final terms in office during the weekly flag ceremony held at the City Hall, June 23.

The recognition, held in coordination with the Schools Division Office of Cauayan and the Local Government Unit, honored the officials for their years of public service and contributions to the city’s development. Led by Acting Executive Officer Prof. Dr. Marisol S. Foronda, campus officials awarded plaques of commendation in recognition of their influential roles in local affairs.

The event aimed to acknowledge the impact of the honorees’ leadership and to reinforce the continuing partnership between the university and the local government.
