Extension directors from various ISU campuses convened to align plans for the universityโ€™s extension services at ISU Cauayan, July 21.

The high-level meeting actively tackled four decisive matters: the conduct of a pre-strategic planning workshop, the orientation on a proposed client satisfaction survey tied to faculty reclassification under Joint Circular No. 3, the forging of a media partnership to showcase extension programs, and the streamlining of the monitoring and evaluation scheme for all ongoing projects.

In support of these efforts, participants examined how their plans align with SUC Leveling, Performance-Based Bonus (PBB), and General Appropriations Act (GAA) targets, while also considering inputs from a proposed CMO on extension evaluation.

To ensure a coordinated and purposeful approach, the directorate set clear deadlines and required focused deliverables, laying a firm foundation for ISUโ€™s strategic planning in extension and training services.
