Isabela State University Cauayan Campus officially opened its two-day Faculty and Staff General Orientation cum Academic Training Program, highlighting key updates on employee responsibilities, government benefits, and workplace safety policies.
Day 1 featured a series of informative sessions starting with Mr. Christian Lloyd A. Rivera, Campus Accountant, who discussed updates on income tax computation. Ms. Glenda A. Austria, Human Resource Management Officer, tackled RA 6713, or the Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees, the Omnibus Rules on Leave, and updates on GSIS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth benefits. Atty. Robert S. Valenzuela of the College of Business and Management led back-to-back legal orientations on RA 7877, or the Anti-Sexual Harassment Act of 1995, and RA 11313, or the Safe Spaces Act. The day concluded with a session on registrar-related concerns, presented by Campus Registrar Ms. Claricel P. Orata.
