Isabela State University Cauayan Campus intensified its efforts to cultivate principled and proactive young leaders as it mobilized 20 student and faculty delegates for the 63rd National Rizal Youth Leadership Institute (NRYLI) held in Vigan City, Ilocos Sur, December 5 to 8.
Guided by the theme Rizalian LeaderSHAPE: Shaping Heroic Advocacy, Advancing People Empowerment, the four-day institute convened youth leaders from across the country to deepen their civic awareness, strengthen their leadership capacities, and engage with the enduring ideals of Dr. Jose Rizal. ISU Cauayanโs delegation included student leaders from the Supreme Student Council (SSC) and The Kawayan Communicator Editorial Board, accompanied by the advisers of TKC, the SSC, and the various Student Body Organizations (SBOs), who provided support and supervision throughout the event.
Throughout the sessions, delegates will immerse themselves in plenary discussions, collaborative workshops, and community-centered activities that will encourage them to advance transformative and accountable leadership.
