Isabela State UniversityโCauayan Campus mounted a relief operation for flood-affected residents of Purok 12, Barangay Villaluna, Cauayan City, Isabela, through the initiative Danggayan Ti Cauayan, December 20.
The Supreme Student Council (SSC), under the guidance of Assoc. Prof. Dionicio D.
