Isabela State University Cauayan Campus kicked off 2026 through a systemwide flag-raising ceremony on January 5, signaling the start of first-quarter operations and emphasizing the university’s drive to the One ISU direction and SMART–Green University vision, January 5.

Faculty and staff gathered for the activity, which fortified the campus’ roles in instruction, research, extension, and public service while aligning daily operations with sustainability, innovation, and responsible governance. The raising of the Philippine flag showed continuity in institutional duties and collective accountability.

The ceremony also initiated the resumption of regular campus operations for the first quarter of 2026.
