Isabela State University – Cauayan Campus welcomed students back for the Second Semester of School Year 2025–2026 through the Panagsusubli: Welcoming Program at the Campus’ Old Stage, January 12.

The activity was organized by the Office of the Student Affairs and Services (OSAS) in partnership with the Office of the Supreme Student Council (SSC).

The program was attended by Prof. Dr. Marisol S. Foronda, Executive Officer; Assoc. Prof. Ryan P. Salviejo, Director for Public Relations, External Linkages, and International Affairs; Prof. Dr. Jonathan Lord R. Aquino, OSAS Director; Assoc. Prof. Dionicio D. Gante, SSC Adviser; and Mr. Alvin V. Modales, Student Organizations Coordinator. They urged students to prioritize focus, uphold responsibility, and strengthen collaboration as the new semester began.

Panagsusubli, meaning “return,” launched the new semester and inspired students to begin with confidence, responsibility, and collective focus. The program highlighted the path ahead, prompting the campus community to participate, cooperate, and meet the semester’s challenges head-on.
