Through its continuing collaboration with the Integrated Bar of the PhilippinesโIsabela Chapter, Isabela State University (ISU) Cauayan Campus will serve as the venue for the Legal Forum on January 31, 2026, strengthening academeโlegal linkages in the province.
Carrying the theme โPaglinang ng Kakayahan ng mga Abogado sa Nagbabagong Panahon ng Batas at Hustisya,โ the forum aims to enhance the professional competencies of Isabeleรฑo lawyers amid the evolving demands of law and justice.
The planned forum was discussed in coordination with key university and legal education leaders, including Atty. Rosendo Salvador Velo Jr., Prof. Dr. Marisol S. Foronda, Executive Officer, and Dr. Teresita C. Molano, University Section Chief for Curriculum Development, Review, and Revision. Their participation conveyed a joint intent to link academic preparation with real-world legal practice through sustained institutional support.
IBP Isabela Chapter President Atty. Gemma Jesusa G. Bautista described the forum as a platform for collective learning, enabling lawyers to respond more effectively to contemporary legal challenges while upholding ethical standards and public service.
