Backed by hard numbers and heightened expectations, Isabela State University-Cauayan Campus convened a testimonial program to honor its 37 new lawyers who emerged from the 2025 Bar Examinations, converting a 52-percent institutional passing performance into a broader narrative of academic rigor, resilience, and civic obligation at Hotel Andrea, February 20.

The ceremony convened a formidable assembly of leaders whose presence reframed the occasion as a civic commissioning. Among them were University President Prof. Boyet L. Batang, PhD; Prof. Marisol S. Foronda, PhD, Executive Officer of ISU Cauayan Campus; Hon. Ricmar P. Aquino, Commissioner of the Commission on Higher Education; Hon. Judge Raul V. Babaran (Ret.), Dean of the College of Law; Hon. Faustino “Bojie” G. Dy III, Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Philippines; Hon. Faustino “Inno” A. Dy V, Municipal Mayor of Echague; Hon. Allan U. Ty, LPGMA Party List Representative; and Hon. Teofilo Patrick C. Sy, Private Sector Representative of the ISU Board of Regents.
