The College of Business and Management (CBM) of Isabela State University (ISU) Cauayan amplified its academic stature as three of its faculty members were ceremonially conferred their Masterclass Completion Certification under the Global Network CEEP Masterclass of the Certified Entrepreneurship Educator Program (CEEP) at Alba Hall, ISU Echague, February 20.

The conferment sealed the completion of a rigorous faculty development undertaking led by the Wadhwani Foundation through its WEN Certified Entrepreneurship Educator Program. Purpose-built to disrupt lecture-bound instruction, the initiative recalibrates entrepreneurship education toward immersive venture creation and real-world enterprise incubation.

Representing the College of Business and Management, the newly certified educators are Asst. Prof. Ronald B. Isidro Jr., Assoc. Prof. Regine M. Manzanillo, PhD, and Asst. Prof. Sheryl D. Tomas, PhD.

Far from a ceremonial accolade, the CEEP certification retools faculty members into Venture Coaches, academic strategists who orchestrate startup simulations, validate business models, and guide students from raw ideation to market-ready prototypes. The Masterclass furnishes participants with agile frameworks, industry-synced methodologies, and assessment instruments engineered to ignite entrepreneurial reflexes within the classroom.

Offered at no cost to partner institutions, the program broadens access to global-caliber entrepreneurship training while fortifying institutional capability for innovation-driven instruction. Through this milestone, the College of Business and Management consolidates its role as a crucible for enterprise formation, embedding experiential entrepreneurship at the core of its academic enterprise.
