House Speaker Faustino “Bojie” Dy III spearheaded the Educational Assistance Payout Program, enabling the release of assistance to 2,869 students and learners through an inter-institutional effort at the Isabela State University (ISU) Cauayan Campus Gymnasium, June 8.
The initiative reflects House Speaker Dyโs continued efforts to advance education support programs, ensuring assistance reaches qualified students and learners through organized and accessible delivery mechanisms.
Moreover, the activity was attended by Local Government Unit officials headed by Cauayan City Mayor Hon. Caesar โJayceeโ S. Dy Jr. and ISU Cauayan Cluster Executive Officer Prof. Marisol S. Foronda, PhD, highlighting cooperation among legislative, local, and academic stakeholders.
ISU Cauayan supported the activity through venue provision and on-ground coordination to ensure orderly implementation of the payout.
