Isabela State University (ISU) Cauayan Campus translated the theme โ€œDALOY: Driving Academic Legacy through Outward-Looking Yields for Smart Green ISUโ€ into action as it mobilized community services, launched digital platforms, and installed student leaders during the universityโ€™s 48th Founding Anniversary celebration, June 9.

The campus convened stakeholders for ISU HELPS (Handog na Edukasyon, Legal na Payo, Pangkalusugan, at Serbisyong Pangkabuhayan), the launching of the ISU Cauayan e-Travel and AdminSphere Portal, and the oath-taking of newly elected Supreme Student Council officers and student organization presidents.

In line with its outreach mandate, ISU HELPS delivered educational assistance, legal services, health interventions, and livelihood support to identified beneficiaries. Moreover, the campus distributed educational support items, medical-dental kits, and piglets as part of its community-based initiatives.

In addition, the campus launched the ISU Cauayan e-Travel and AdminSphere Portal, introducing digital systems that streamline travel processing, centralize administrative transactions, and accelerate institutional workflows. Through this initiative, the campus strengthened its push toward digital transformation and efficient service delivery.

Meanwhile, student leadership formally transitioned through the oath-taking of SSC officers and student organization presidents, institutionalizing their roles in governance, coordination, and campus engagement.

On the part of institutional leadership, University officials headed by Prof. Dr. Boyet L. Batang, University President, joined the program together with Prof. Precila C. Delima, PhD, Vice President for Academic Affairs; Prof. Orlando F. Balderama, PhD, Vice President for Research, Development, Extension and Training; Prof. Hilda A. Manzolim, PhD; Vice President for Administrative and Financial Services; and Prof. Isagani P. Angeles Jr., PhD, Vice President for Planning and Development.

Likewise, ISU Cauayan Campus officials, headed by Prof. Dr. Marisol S. Foronda, Cluster Executive Officer, coordinated campus operations and program implementation throughout the celebration, working alongside deans, directors, faculty members, and staff in executing institutional activities.
