The Isabela State University–Cauayan Campus advanced its preparations for the 2027 fiscal year through the conduct of the Budget and Procurement Planning Meeting and Workshop at the ISU–Cauayan Food Laboratory, September 22.

The activity convened campus and administrative officials, project heads, academic heads, college secretaries, and members of the Secretariat Technical Team to align proposed budgetary requirements and procurement priorities with the campus’ planned programs and activities for 2027.

The workshop also provided participants with guidance on budget preparation and procurement planning, supporting a more coordinated approach to resource allocation and operational requirements across campus units.

Serving as resource speakers were Ms. Ma. Concepcion Santos, Budget Officer and Non-Academic Staff Association President, and Ms. Shaira Althea Villaine Paynor.
