Raising the ISU banner higher, the College of Education of Isabela State University-Cauayan Campus delivered a commanding 91.95% passing rate in the March 2025 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (Elementary Level), with 80 out of 87 examinees successfully passing. This performance catapulted the campus to sixth place nationwide among institutions with 50 to 99 examinees, reaffirming its excellence-driven approach to education and reinforcing its role as one of the leading contributors to quality teacher education in the region.

In recognition of this achievement, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) conferred a commendation certificate on ISU-Cauayan during a formal ceremony held on June 12, 2025, in Tuguegarao City. Representing the campus at the event were Prof. Dr. Donabel A. Dumelod, Dean of the College of Education; Dr. Ariane Milagrosa T. Pantaleon, BSEd Program Chair; and Mr. Peter John A. Villaflores, BPEd Program Chair.

This recognition highlights ISU-Cauayanโ€™s continued efforts to strengthen its teacher education programs. It reflects the college’s commitment to producing competent, committed, and well-prepared educators ready to serve the nation.
