The Isabela State University-Cauayan Campus has officially been granted the Certificate of Program Compliance (COPC) by the Commission on Higher Education Region II for its Bachelor of Science in Food Technology program. With this approval, the program is set to be offered starting Academic Year 2026–2027.

With a few final recommendations to be addressed by August 29, the granting of the COPC is nonetheless a major achievement that positions ISU Cauayan to further enhance its academic portfolio in response to industry demands.
