ISU Cauayan officials and personnel convened in Subic, Zambales, for the 2026 Strategic Management and Gender-Responsive Planning & Budgeting Workshop, held from October 9 to 11, 2025.

Prof. Dr. Isagani P. Angeles, Jr., Vice President for Planning and Development & Management of Information and Services, graced the event. His attendance shows the University’s drive to sustainability, innovation, and inclusivity under the SMART-Green framework.

Aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the three-day workshop focuses on refining strategies, integrating gender-responsive planning, and strengthening data-driven governance. The initiative seeks to ensure that ISU Cauayan remains a forward-looking and responsible institution driving sustainable regional development.
