The Isabela State University Cauayan City Campus achieved a major milestone as it was honored with the prestigious Future Builders Award by the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) during the ICT Literacy and Competency Development Bureau (ILCDB) Partner Summit 2025, Tuguegarao City, November 25.

Held under the theme โ€œWalang Iwanan sa Digital Bayanihan,โ€ the event recognized institutions that have made outstanding contributions to ICT education, digital literacy, and technology-driven development.

The accolade celebrates ISU Cauayan Campusโ€™ relentless efforts to promote ICT literacy, advance competency development, and drive digital transformation across the region. Through innovative initiatives, the campus spearheaded training programs, established collaborative partnerships with private and public institutions, and strengthened institutional linkages to ensure inclusive and sustainable growth.

The award was received on behalf of Prof. Dr. Marisol S. Foronda, Campus Executive Director, by Asst. Prof. Jayson S. Liquigan, MIS Director, highlighting the campusโ€™ strong representation for ICT leadership.

Regional Director Pinky T. Jimenez of DICT Region 2 awarded the Future Builders Award, as well as the Digital Excellence Award and the Education and Digital Transformation Champion Award, to ISU Cauayan Campus, alongside the ISU Echague and ISU Ilagan campuses, further recognizing their leadership in technological innovation and community-centered digital initiatives.

The recognition highlights ISU Cauayan Campusโ€™ growing influence as a hub for technological advancement and digital empowerment, marking it as one of the regionโ€™s most proactive and forward-thinking academic institutions.
