Following the formal review, the program transitioned into fellowship activities designed to reinforce campus camaraderie and morale. Parlor games, the Best Outfit Presentation, and the Pasiklaban Presentation energized the faculty and staff, providing avenues for creativity, engagement, and shared enjoyment. The event culminated with an awarding ceremony honoring the campusโ€™ best-performing units, faculty members who received promotions, individuals who completed their doctoral degrees, and those who rendered distinguished service to the ISU Cauayan Faculty Federation, Inc.

The Performance Review and Year-End Fellowship Program distilled the Cauayan Campusโ€™ year of accomplishments and charted a course for intensified collaboration, principled oversight, and performance-led advancement in the year ahead.
