The Supreme Student Council (SSC) of Isabela State University–Cauayan Campus sealed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Globe representatives for the 2026 Kawayan Students’ Festival, March 24.

The partnership establishes collaboration between SSC and Globe for the three-day festival scheduled on April 21–23, 2026. The agreement outlines support in connectivity, engagement activities, and event promotion.

Present during the signing were Assoc. Prof. Ryan P. Salviejo, Director for External Affairs, Public Relations, and International Linkages, and Assoc. Prof. Dionicio D. Gante, SSC Adviser and Head of the ISU Training Institute, together with SSC officials.

The collaboration is expected to support the conduct of the Kawayan Students’ Festival and future initiatives of the campus.
