Representatives from Isabela State University (ISU) Cauayan Campus joined state universities and colleges across the country in the Grand Parade of Delegates, which formally opened the Philippine Association of State Universities and Colleges (PASUC) National Culture and the Arts Festival (NCAF) 2026 at West Visayas State University, April 8.

Following the opening parade, delegates are set to take part in various competitions and cultural presentations scheduled throughout the festival. PASUC NCAF 2026 convenes SUCs nationwide in a shared space for cultural exchange.
