The Isabela State University Cauayan Campus conferred recognition on its February 2026 Criminologist Licensure Examination (CLE) passers in rites held April 21 at the ISU Cauayan Open Field, with the University President as guest of honor.

Campus officials cited the institutionsโ€™ 93.75 percent passing rate, with 135 of 144 examinees clearing the test administered by the Professional Regulation Commission through the Professional Regulatory Board of Criminology. The performance placed the campus among the Top 5 institutions nationwide in the 101โ€“199 examinee bracket.

In his address, Prof. Boyet L. Batang, PhD, University President, credited the outcome to sustained program delivery, faculty oversight, and examinee discipline, framing the result as a measure of readiness for public safety work.

The ceremony assembled passers, faculty, and stakeholders, formally signifying their entry into the roster of registered criminologists and cementing the campusโ€™ role in preparing personnel for the criminal justice system.
