The Department of Military Science and Tactics, in coordination with the 202nd Community Defense Center, 2RCDG, RECOM, PA, conducted the Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (RAATI) for School Year 2025โ2026, with participating ROTC units from Isabela State UniversityโCauayan, Isabela State UniversityโSan Mateo, Isabela Colleges (IC), University of Perpetual Help System Isabela, and Batanes State College, April 24.
The inspection yielded a consolidated rating of 98.37 percent, reflecting strong compliance with prescribed administrative and tactical standards across the participating institutions.
Led by Col. Camilo A. Saddam, GSC (Inf) PA, Chairman of the RAATI Team, the activity assessed unit organization, records management, training execution, leadership, and discipline. The team validated the implementation of ROTC programs and measured each unitโs capacity to train and mobilize student cadets as part of the reserve force.
Cadets carried out drills, formations, and command exercises during the inspection, displaying operational readiness and adherence to military protocols. The activity also strengthened accountability mechanisms and ensured that training aligns with the objectives of the Armed Forces of the Philippines Reserve Command.
The annual inspection forms part of the Philippine Armyโs efforts to ensure that ROTC units across the region remain capable, responsive, and prepared for mobilization when required.
