Officials of Isabela State University (ISU) Cauayan Campus welcomed Hon. J. Ermin Ernest Louie R. Miguel, Associate Justice of the Sandiganbayan and Guest of Honor and Commencement Speaker for the College of Law Graduation Exercises. Joining him was Hon. Ricmar P. Aquino, PhD, Commissioner of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), who arrived in Isabela ahead of the graduation rites scheduled on June 26 at the Isabela Convention Center (ICON) in Cauayan City.

Receiving the guests at the airport were Judge Raul V. Babaran (Ret.), Dean of the College of Law; Cauayan City Mayor Caesar “Jaycee” S. Dy Jr.; Prof. Marisol S. Foronda, PhD, Cluster Executive Officer; Prof. Liezl Joy L. Quilang, PhD, Academic Affairs Director; Assoc. Prof. Nancy G. De Leon, DME; and Assoc. Prof. Ryan P. Salviejor, Director for Public Relation, External Linkages, and International Affairs.
